To our ordinary daily cleaning standards, we have added even more attention, precision and the use of disinfectant and sanitizing products The sanitization process is carried out daily in the corridors, in the common areas and in the rooms. In common areas, exposed surfaces, handles, push-button panels are regularly disinfected. We have equipped ourselves with certified personal protective equipment (PPE), such as masks and gloves, but also with dispensers with disinfectant solutions and information signs with indications to follow. We have also included the restriction on the use of common areas and the maintenance of the safety distance of at least 1 meter.
We have activated an online check-in service to speed up the process and avoid gatherings at the Reception; the customer also has the right to waive the daily room cleaning service and request that no one enters the room during his stay. Other digital tools (such as the menu or the contactless POS for payments) perform the dual function of simplifying procedures and making you feel more secure. The dining room has been reorganized to ensure adequate distances and is aired several times a day, like the rest of the hotel. The availability of a large garden will allow us to move many of the conviviality and entertainment activities outside, so as not to give up sharing the moments of relaxation.
The swimming pool area will be sanitized every day with specific products; the water in the tank will be kept under constant control through chemical measurements and laboratory analyzes, to guarantee the adequate amount of chlorine; entry into it will also be contingent, in order to guarantee the safety distance and the right relaxation.
