CHEZ LORETTA
Hotel Bixio was born as a restaurant with rooms, from our grandpa's passion for cooking and above all for sharing a delicious plate of pasta with friends around a set table. Eating is a ritual that must not only satisfy the palate and Chez Loretta’s menus are a tribute to the tradition of Tuscany and Versilia made with high quality local ingredients and the ever-present fresh fish. Chez Loretta Restaurant can accommodate up to 150 people and its large outdoor garden makes it the perfect location for wedding banquets and ceremonies, business lunches and dinners as well as theme nights. A glass of good wine can never be missing at table. For this reason, we selected a special wine list from wineries with limited production.
BREAKFAST
We see breakfast as the scent of coffee, homemade pastries, fresh bread to eat with butter and jams. So, what do you prefer to start your day right? In the breakfast buffet of Hotel Bixio you will find all kinds of goodies, from fresh baked cookies, hot croissants, yogurt and cereals but also eggs, local cold cuts and cheeses as well as fresh fruit with the possibility of preparing smoothies and extracts. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am until 10:00 am in a dedicated room where you can start your working or beach day with ease and elegance.
SNACK & LOUNGE
Our snack bar is available from the first coffee of the day and throughout the day for a coffee break, a drink or a quick meal, for an aperitif by the pool or in the garden or on the panoramic terrace. Do you want to have lunch without getting too heavy? You can choose from salads, cold dishes, carpaccio and eat them outdoors or in the quietest space you prefer in summer. We set up coffee breaks and buffets for business meetings, events or cocktail parties, every moment is the right one to stop for a moment and treat yourself to a pleasant break.

Would you like to enjoy our menus anywhere and with whomever you want? You can request our delicious takeaway menus and take them with you during your days of excursions in Versilia, or under a beach umbrella. Our restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine offers a convenient takeaway service, even for external guests. With a simple phone call, you can take our most delicious recipes home or wherever you want, first and second courses of fish or meat prepared by our chefs with the best local products.
